Why Choose Pineland Pest Control?

We’re not just your pest control company. We’re your neighbors.

Pineland Pest Control was built by two people who grew up here, raised their families here, and care deeply about the communities they serve. When you call us, you’re not calling a franchise. You’re calling Jordan and Lauren.

Our Promise To You

Expert Training

We know our bugs.

Every Pineland technician is trained to identify, treat, and prevent the specific pests that threaten homes and businesses in the Triad — not just spray and hope. We invest in ongoing education so you never have to wonder if the person at your door knows what they’re doing.

Quality Control

Every visit, every time.

We don’t cut corners on the second visit just because we cut a good first impression. Every treatment follows a proven process, every technician is held to the same standard, and every home gets the same level of care — whether it’s your first service or your fiftieth.

Customer Service

You’ll actually hear from us.

We know pest control companies have a reputation for being hard to reach. We built Pineland to be different. When there’s an issue with your account, we call you before you notice it yourself. When you have a question, a real person answers. That’s not a bonus — it’s just how we operate.

The People Behind Pineland

Pineland wasn’t started in a boardroom. It was started by a husband and wife who wanted to do pest control the right way — with honesty, expertise, and genuine care for the people they serve.

Jordan spent 12 years as a senior director at McNeely Pest Control before starting Pineland. He served on the North Carolina Pest Management Association Board of Directors for four years — the kind of industry involvement that doesn’t come from someone who just wants to run a business, but from someone who genuinely cares about raising the standard of the craft.

Lauren brings something rare to pest control: the patience, precision, and deep people-care of a NICU nurse. When she’s not at the hospital caring for newborns, she’s managing client relations at Pineland — making sure every customer feels heard, valued, and taken care of. If you’ve ever called and felt like someone actually listened, that’s Lauren.

Jordan and Lauren been married since 2017, are active members of a local church, and stay busy raising their young daughters.

We believe in being part of a strong community.

Nathan arrived on time and was very communicative. Customer service was also excellent and the price seems reasonable. We were having a big problem with ants which seems to be resolved now. I would recommend this company over others I have used in the past.

Pineland Pest Control offers excellent service. I have 2 dogs with heavy coats. Living near a wooded area means they can easily pick up fleas and ticks so I have my property sprayed. I found that finding a dependable, honest service was difficult and am very happy I was referred to Pineland. Donald, the tech, initially asked what my issues were and each month he treats the areas that matter to me for the safety of the dogs. He is very personable and knowledgeable. The staff answers questions quickly. For anyone who has had issues with their service, try Pineland.

Pineland Pest Control is a breath of fresh air. When there was a problem with my account, they notified me before I even noticed it myself. Normally, I have to do all the fact finding! Thank you for taking stress off my crazy life!

Why “Pineland”?

North Carolina is home for us, in every sense of the word. This is where our owners and most of our technicians were born, raised, and have families. The state tree of North Carolina is the Pine, which has long inspired the state’s unofficial nickname, Land of the Pines (thus, Pineland)! While it’s our privilege and our duty to keep your home or business bug-free, we always do so with respect for the environment and natural resources for which our great state is known. So, next time you enjoy a glass of milk (the state beverage of North Carolina), we hope you’ll join us in this toast:

Here’s to the land of the long leaf pine,
The summer land where the sun doth shine,
Where the weak grow strong and the strong grow great,
Here’s to “Down Home,” the Old North State!
Here’s to the land where the galax grows,
Where the rhododendron’s rosette glows,
Where soars Mount Mitchell’s summit great,
In the “Land of the Sky,” in the Old North State!
